These Terms & Conditions apply to all BetterPelvi treatments provided by Quality Studio and Academy (“we”, “us”, “our”) and form a legally binding agreement between Quality Studio and Academy and the client (“you”, “your”).
By booking, attending, or receiving a BetterPelvi session, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
BetterPelvi is a non-invasive wellness treatment designed to stimulate pelvic floor and core muscles using electromagnetic technology.
The treatment is intended to support muscle activation, strength, and wellbeing.
It does not constitute medical treatment, diagnosis, or cure.
BetterPelvi is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
We do not provide medical opinions.
You should always consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding any medical condition, symptoms, or concerns.
BetterPelvi is not suitable for everyone.
You must inform us before your session if you:
are pregnant or may be pregnant
have a pacemaker, metal implants, or electronic medical devices
have epilepsy, heart conditions, or neurological disorders
have recently had surgery
have any condition that may affect treatment suitability
You confirm that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
We reserve the right to refuse or stop treatment if it is considered unsuitable or unsafe.
By proceeding with treatment, you confirm that:
you have disclosed all relevant health information
you understand the nature of the treatment
you accept the treatment voluntarily
You may withdraw consent at any time.
Results vary between individuals.
We do not guarantee specific outcomes, improvements, or results.
Response to treatment depends on individual factors, lifestyle, and adherence to recommended programmes.
Sessions and packages must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed
Packages are non-transferable and for personal use only
Any expiry period (if applicable) will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase
Unused sessions are non-refundable unless required by law.
Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the session being forfeited
Repeated missed appointments may result in refusal of future bookings
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
We are not liable for adverse effects resulting from undisclosed medical conditions
We are not responsible for outcomes beyond our control
Treatment is undertaken at your own risk
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
We reserve the right to refuse treatment if:
a client behaves inappropriately
hygiene or safety standards are not met
staff or other clients are put at risk
Personal data, including health-related information, is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Health information is treated as special category data and handled with enhanced safeguards and explicit consent where required.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
The version in force at the time of your booking will apply.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
